Zache Desire, CPA, SPHR -

Zache Desire has over twenty-years experience in the public and private sector and has serviced the nonprofit industry for most of those years. He is a certified Public Accountant, and also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) license. Over the past decade, he has provided high level consulting services, including CFO Services, to numerous prestigious nonprofits in the tri-state area.

Zache is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. He also holds a Bachelor degree in accounting from Baruch College.


Sandra Senior
Sandra Lorraine Senior has been a professional in the human services for over twenty years.  Presently, Ms. Senior is a Senior Program Manager at Nassau County Youth Board. She directly over sites and monitors ten (10) to private, not for profit community based organizations which provide a variety of youth and family development services.
She also sits on the Nassau County Quality Assurance Committee, which serves to increase the quality of services to individuals, groups and communities in Nassau.
Ms. Senior holds a BA in English, Speech and Education from Drew University.

IMPLEMENTING PROGRESSIVE DISCIPLINE POLICIES AT YOUR ORGANIZATION - This essential workshop will provide best practice tips and tools for Executive Directors, program supervisors and fiscal staff in applying appropriate discipline policies and procedures.  The workshop will identify related laws, teach supervisors the importance of conducting effective disciplinary meetings, documentation and using effective steps in progressive discipline.  Supervisors will learn new skills to assist them in interacting fairly and consistently with employees.

INTRODUCTION TO STAFF SUPERVISION  - Do you have great staff with great program knowledge but with little supervisory experience?  This workshop will allow new and experienced supervisors to increase their knowledge of best practices in supervision, establishing expectations, and managing people.  Participants will be provided with the tools, techniques, and strategies to lead and manage staff including how to handle conflict, effectively delegate and address the major challenges to effective management and supervision.
