Formed in 1980, TCC Group provides strategic planning, program
development, evaluation and management consulting services to
foundations, nonprofit organizations, corporate community
involvement programs, and government agencies. Its consulting staff
includes individuals with wide-ranging expertise and experience in a
diverse range of issues including education, arts and culture,
community and economic development, human services, health care,
children and family issues, and the environment.

Ms. Howard is a
transformative change facilitator and life-long learner whose life
purpose is to enable positive transformative change in others and
continue her own learning and growth in the process.
She is dedicated to helping individuals, teams, and organizations

STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR YOUR NONPROFIT
Strategic planning is a powerful tool that helps nonprofits make
critical decisions about organizational priorities and resource
allocation. In this comprehensive workshop we identify criteria to
help nonprofits decide whether to engage in strategic planning and
give participants the opportunity to assess their own readiness. We
also discuss the nuts and bolts of the planning process and how to
maximize your chances for a successful planning process and
implementation.

ORGANIZATIONAL LIFE CYCLES
Nonprofit
organizations experience typical developmental stages, including
"start-up," "adolescence," "maturity," and sometimes "decline."
There are predictable characteristics of each stage and transactions
between stages, such as growth and turnarounds, which can be
difficult to experience. This interactive workshop will teach you to
understand and to use the life cycle framework to identify and
address organizational challenges-related to programs, management,
marketing.
